Choose the first, second, or third floor and from 9 spacious floor plans that will meet your every need, including a full bath, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, refrigerator and stove.
All apartments are cable ready providing television, computer, and telephone packages. Your rent includes all water and sewer expenses as well as trash removal, snow removal,and lawn care. Cable and utilities costs are paid by tenant.
We are a cat friendly community (ask about our policy and fees).
Scotia Manor will have an office on the first floor to assist you in any of your needs. Our experienced maintenance staff will be available daily, and will also have a 24 hour emergency number if necessary.
Everything you need is within walking distance from your apartment, including a market, drugstore, coffee shop, restaurants, pubs, movie theater, convenient and specialty shops. And, of course, Collins Park and Jumpin Jacks, which features out door entertainment twice a week during the summer months. If that isn’t enough you are lessthan 5 minutes from downtown Schenectady, Proctors Theater and all this historic city offers.
The Village of Scotia hosts many other events during the year; Local residents may enjoy pastimes at all seasons in Collins Park and nearby Freedom Park. Winter events include sledding and ice skating, while summer activities include baseball, tennis, swimming, pond and river fishing, picnicking, concerts, and waterskiing on the Mohawk River., and Holiday on the Avenue during the Christmas season.
